Your driver is on the shoulder of I-10 at 2 a.m. with a shifted load, and you have a delivery window, a shipper, and a safety director all asking the same question. Heavy Duty Towing Houston is built to be the number your dispatch board calls for heavy problems in Houston: one dispatcher, one crew, the rotator when it is needed, and paperwork your accounting department will not bounce.
What fleets get from us
- A dispatcher who answers, takes your PO and unit number, and gives a real ETA
- Heavy wreckers plus a 50-ton rotator from the same yard, so escalations do not mean a second vendor
- Load shifts, transfers, and re-securement so out-of-service loads move again
- Photo documentation on every recovery, sent with the invoice
- Itemized invoices with times and equipment, and W-9 and COI on file for your vendor setup
- Tows to your shop, your dealer, or your vendor, with storage only if you want it
Account setup for national and regional carriers
We already work with national fleets, motor clubs, and third-party maintenance networks, and we can be set up as a vendor in your system with insurance certificates, W-9, and agreed rates. Send us your vendor packet and we will turn it around. Dispatchers get a direct line and after-hours authorization procedures that match how your company works, whether that is a PO for every call or a standing authorization for a unit list.
Driver-side instructions you can paste into your handbook
If your truck leaves the road or a load shifts in the Houston area: get the driver to a safe spot, call 911 if lanes are blocked or anyone is hurt, then call (346) 200-8144 with the location, unit, and load. Do not let a passing wrecker hook the truck. Tell the driver to text photos of the scene to dispatch when it is safe.
Beyond the emergency
The same account covers scheduled equipment moves, yard shuttles, and TDLR-licensed storage, and recovered units can go straight to the shop or dealer you choose. Fleets that run Houston as a lane appreciate having one heavy vendor who can do all of it.

Common questions
Do you accept fleet purchase orders and net terms?
Yes. Approved fleet accounts run on PO and net terms. New accounts can start call-by-call with a card on file while the vendor setup is completed.
Can you send photos and status updates to the dispatcher?
Yes. We text or email scene photos and updates to the contact you give us, and the full photo set comes with the invoice.
Do you cover the whole Houston lane?
We cover the Houston metro on an emergency basis and dispatch across Texas for recoveries, transfers, and planned moves, with transit time quoted before we roll.
